IDS U Anthem introduces the educational arm of the Internet Driven Sales System, a structured learning platform built for leadership teams, marketing and sales departments, and anyone responsible for revenue growth. The goal of IDS U is not to train people on software tools. It is to align an entire organization around how the system works, why each component exists, and how decisions in one area cascade through the rest of the engine. Early in his career, Thomas Roman worked closely with Lee Iacocca at the Iacocca Institute at Lehigh University, where he learned that durable organizations are built on systems, not instinct. IDS U reflects that belief. The system is only as strong as the people running it understand it to be.
